The original Primary series has been modified here to fit an overall Intermediate level: many exercises are replaced by progressions and some are removed from the program. The number of transition Vinyasas (using blocks here) is reduced by skipping the ones between sides of a same exercise.
The Ashantange series are long and complex routines and to learn all the details of the various transitions exactly right, you should look for a follow-along video on the Internet.
