Technique
- Seated with legs extended in front, knees and feet together, hinge at the hips and reach to clasp the big toes with the first two fingers and thumb.
- Inhale to lift the chest and extend the spine, then exhale and lower the chest and head toward the shins any amount.
Form tips
- Keep the legs straight and hinge from the hips.
