Technique

  1. Seated with legs extended in front, knees and feet together, hinge at the hips and reach to clasp the big toes with the first two fingers and thumb.
  2. Inhale to lift the chest and extend the spine, then exhale and lower the chest and head toward the shins any amount.

Form tips

  1. Keep the legs straight and hinge from the hips.
