Technique

  1. Sitting on the ground, lift your legs up and balance on the back edge of your sit bones and the front edge of your tailbone.
  2. Straighten your legs out so that they are pointing up at a 45 degrees angle.
  3. Your upper body should also be straight and angled at a 45 degrees angle.
  4. Hold your arms straight and horizontal in front of you.

Form tips

  1. Your back should be straight; if it rounds, you might need to develop the flexibility of your Hamstrings , or the strength of your Hip flexion .
