Technique
- Sitting on the ground, lift your legs up and balance on the back edge of your sit bones and the front edge of your tailbone.
- Straighten your legs out so that they are pointing up at a 45 degrees angle.
- Your upper body should also be straight and angled at a 45 degrees angle.
- Hold your arms straight and horizontal in front of you.
Form tips
- Your back should be straight; if it rounds, you might need to develop the flexibility of your Hamstrings , or the strength of your Hip flexion .
