Technique

  1. Sit on the ground with straight legs in front of you, lean back and lift your legs up, so that you are balancing on your buttocks.
  2. Shift your weight to one side to lift the other buttock off the ground and move that one slightly forward.
  3. Repeat on the other side, so that you are slightly moving forward with each repetition.

Form tips

  1. Keep your legs straight.
  2. Aim to keep your back straight.
  3. Aim to minimize unnecessary movements from your limbs while moving forward.
