Straight legs butt walk (L-sit walk)

Technique
- Sit on the ground with straight legs in front of you, lean back and lift your legs up, so that you are balancing on your buttocks.
- Shift your weight to one side to lift the other buttock off the ground and move that one slightly forward.
- Repeat on the other side, so that you are slightly moving forward with each repetition.
Form tips
- Keep your legs straight.
- Aim to keep your back straight.
- Aim to minimize unnecessary movements from your limbs while moving forward.
