Technique

  1. Sit on the ground, bend your knees and and lift your legs up, so that you are balancing on your buttocks.
  2. Shift your weight to one side to lift the other buttock off the ground and move that one slightly forward.
  3. Repeat on the other side, so that you are slightly moving forward with each repetition.

Form tips

  1. Aim to keep your back straight.
  2. Aim to minimize unnecessary movements from your limbs while moving forward.
