Technique
- Place your hands on Parallettes and press firmly through your hands to lift your hips off the ground.
- Pull your knees toward your chest while keeping them together.
- Hold the body suspended with the knees tucked and the feet off the floor.
- Maintain the position for the desired duration before lowering back down.
Form tips
- Push strongly through the hands and depress the shoulders ( Shoulder depression ) to create space between the shoulders and ears.
- Keep the arms straight.
- Engage the core to keep the knees close to the chest.
