Technique

  1. Support yourself on Parallettes with your feet resting on the ground.
  2. While keeping your arms straight, let your body dip between your shoulders (go into Shoulder elevation ).
  3. Push your body back up, by pushing your shoulders down away from your ears ( Shoulder depression ).
