Technique

  1. Grip the Rings and push yourself upward until your arms are locked straight.
  2. Hold your body steady and straight between your arms without your feet touching the floor.

Form tips

  1. Keep your shoulders pushed down away from your ears ( Shoulder depression ).
  2. Turn the rings out slightly for extra stability and difficulty (RTO).
