Technique

  1. Start from sitting on the ground, legs straight forward and hands on the supports beside your thighs.
  2. Push down with the arms straight to lift the butt off the ground and keep the shoulders down away from the ears ( Shoulder depression ).
  3. Lift one leg and hold it parallel to the ground.
