Rings and animals - Shoulder health

The workout alternates between Rings exercises and animal flows or mobility exercises. It is focused on exercises promoting shoulder health. All the rings exercises can be performed with the rings at about hip height, so no need to adjust their height during the session.

All exercises are counted for time, so that you can use the Auto-play feature and just follow the audio instructions.

It is best performed in a place where you can roam around, to make it more convenient to do the animal walks.
