Technique

  1. Stand upright.
  2. Swing your arms in a more or less horizontal plane, letting them cross over each other in front of you, and then swing behind you towards each other.

Form tips

  1. Alternate between crossing them with the right arm on top and left arm on top.
  2. Aim to touch your hands behind your back if possible.
