Technique

  1. Stand in front of rings at chest height and lean forward into an incline plank.
  2. Slowly open your straight arms out to the sides to describe a horizontal arc, lowering yourself toward the ground.
  3. Bring the rings back together in front of you and repeat.

Form tips

  1. The more vertical your body, the easier the exercise will be.
  2. Keep your core tight and arms straight.
