Incline chest ring flys

Technique
- Stand in front of rings at chest height and lean forward into an incline plank.
- Slowly open your straight arms out to the sides to describe a horizontal arc, lowering yourself toward the ground.
- Bring the rings back together in front of you and repeat.
Form tips
- The more vertical your body, the easier the exercise will be.
- Keep your core tight and arms straight.
