Technique

  1. Hang from rings with your feet on the floor in front of you, body straight from heels to shoulders.
  2. Pull your upper body vertical towards the rings by hinging at the hips
  3. Straighten the arms to return to the initial position

Form tips

  1. Keep your legs straight while hinging at the hips.
  2. Do not let your hips sag.
