Technique

  1. Start on all fours, curl the toes under and lift the hips up and back, lifting off the knees and straightening the legs ( Downward dog position).
  2. Slightly bend one knee and come up on the ball of your foot, to put more weight on the other leg and intensify the stretch on that side.
  3. Then slowly switch to the other side.
