Technique
- Start on all fours, curl the toes under and lift the hips up and back, lifting off the knees and straightening the legs ( Downward dog position).
- Slightly bend one knee and come up on the ball of your foot, to put more weight on the other leg and intensify the stretch on that side.
- Then slowly switch to the other side.
