Technique

  1. Stand with your feet hip width apart, arms over the head with fingers interlaced and palms facing up.
  2. Bend at the hips towards one side.
  3. Come back up and bend towards the other side.

Form tips

  1. Imagine having a wall behind you you have to keep contact with, do not come forward or backward during the bending.
