Technique
- From an upward dog position, rotate to the side, so that your torso's side now faces the ground.
- Let your hips drop down as close to the ground as possible.
Form tips
- Keep the working shoulder depressed: do not let it elevate towards your ear.
- You should feel a stretch on the side of your trunk, between the hip and the armpit.
