Technique

  1. From an upward dog position, rotate to the side, so that your torso's side now faces the ground.
  2. Let your hips drop down as close to the ground as possible.

Form tips

  1. Keep the working shoulder depressed: do not let it elevate towards your ear.
  2. You should feel a stretch on the side of your trunk, between the hip and the armpit.
