Technique
- Stand tall with feet grounded, reach one arm overhead to the opposite side.
- Lengthen through your spine before bending sideways: you should feel a stretch on the elongated side of your body.
- Press evenly through both feet and avoid twisting.
- Breathe deeply and return to center with control.
