Technique

  1. Stand tall with feet grounded, reach one arm overhead to the opposite side.
  2. Lengthen through your spine before bending sideways: you should feel a stretch on the elongated side of your body.
  3. Press evenly through both feet and avoid twisting.
  4. Breathe deeply and return to center with control.
