Technique

  1. Start from sitting on the ground, knees bent, feet flat on the floor, hands behind you on the floor, fingers pointing outside.
  2. Extend the hips to raise the butt from the ground ( Table top position).
  3. Start walking forward by moving one foot and the opposite hand at the same time, while keeping the butt elevated and the shoulders pushed back ( Shoulder retraction ).
