Baby back roll

Technique
- Sit on a soft ground and hold your legs with your hands.
- Round your back and push yourself back to roll on your back, until your shoulders touch the ground, then roll back to the starting position.
- Keep going in a back-and-forth manner.
Form tips
- It should be a smooth roll back and forth; if not smooth, try pulling your legs more in towards your chest and make sure to round your lower back.
