Technique

  1. Sit on a soft ground and hold your legs with your hands.
  2. Round your back and push yourself back to roll on your back, until your shoulders touch the ground, then roll back to the starting position.
  3. Keep going in a back-and-forth manner.

Form tips

  1. It should be a smooth roll back and forth; if not smooth, try pulling your legs more in towards your chest and make sure to round your lower back.
