Technique

  1. Get into a Plank position.
  2. Jump your feet off the ground and open your legs out to land into a Straddle position .
  3. Jump again and close your legs to land back with the legs together.
  4. Each cycle of opening and closing the legs counts as one repetition.

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs engaged: do not let your back arch.
