Technique

  1. Set the rings somewhere around chest height and lean forward on them.
  2. Bend at the elbows, keeping the upper arms aligned with your torso, so that your forearms end up pointing backward.
  3. Extend the elbows to get back to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Keep your elbows close to your ears and pointing forward; do not let them flare out to the sides.
