Technique
- Set the rings somewhere around chest height and lean forward on them.
- Bend at the elbows, keeping the upper arms aligned with your torso, so that your forearms end up pointing backward.
- Extend the elbows to get back to the starting position.
Form tips
- Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
- Keep your elbows close to your ears and pointing forward; do not let them flare out to the sides.
