Technique

  1. Start in a Tuck front lever position, hanging from rings or from a bar (rings are better for this exercise, as you will be able to move between them instead of being restricted to the bottom part of the movement because of the bar).
  2. While keeping your back parallel to the ground, pull on your arms and drive your elbows back to lift yourself up as high as possible.
  3. Come back to the starting position with control.
