Technique
- Hang up and lift your hips up while keeping your arms straight, until you reach a horizontal position, facing upward.
- Keep your thighs at 90 degrees from your torso and bend your knees completely.
Form tips
- The hips and shoulders should be on the same horizontal line.
- Do not let your upper back round.
- Engage your scapulas: try to retract your shoulders , so that they end up in a neutral position.
