Technique

  1. Hang up and lift your hips up while keeping your arms straight, until you reach a horizontal position, facing upward.
  2. Keep your thighs at 90 degrees from your torso and bend your knees completely.

Form tips

  1. The hips and shoulders should be on the same horizontal line.
  2. Do not let your upper back round.
  3. Engage your scapulas: try to retract your shoulders , so that they end up in a neutral position.
