Technique

  1. Hang on your arms and pull your body to bring it to a horizontal position, while keeping your arms completely straight.

Form tips

  1. The body should be horizontal, with the shoulders, hips, knees and feet on the same line.
  2. Keep your arms fully straight.
  3. Do not let your upper back round.
  4. Engage your scapulas: try to retract your shoulders , so that they end up in a neutral position.
