Technique

  1. Hang from your arms and open your legs wide; the wider they open, the easier the exercise will become.
  2. Pull your upper body to a horizontal position, while keeping the arms fully straight.

Form tips

  1. The body should be horizontal, with the shoulders, hips and legs on the same line.
  2. Keep your arms fully straight.
  3. Do not let your upper back round.
  4. Engage your scapulas: try to retract your shoulders , so that they end up in a neutral position.
