Technique

  1. Start in a Advanced tuck front lever position, hanging from rings or from a bar. If using a bar, your thighs should pass right in front of it on your way up.
  2. While keeping your back parallel to the ground, pull on your arms and drive your elbows back to lift yourself up as high as possible.
  3. Come back to the starting position with control.
