Technique

  1. Hang from your arms and tuck your legs close to your chest.
  2. Pull your upper body to a horizontal position, while keeping the arms fully straight.

Form tips

  1. The upper body should be horizontal.
  2. Keep your arms fully straight.
  3. Engage your scapulas: try to retract your shoulders, so that they end up in a neutral position.
