Crow and Headstands @home

Duration: 33 minutes

Novice-level routine designed to introduce balance and confidence in basic inverted positions.

The session starts with shoulder, wrist, and neck preparation to safely support bodyweight on the hands and head. The main section focuses on learning the crow pose and tripod headstand through gradual progressions that develop balance, coordination, and core engagement.

Movements such as crow variations, controlled headstand entries, and dolphin rocks help build the shoulder stability and body awareness required for inverted skills.

Focus on steady breathing, controlled movement, and finding balance rather than rushing into longer holds. Over time, the goal is to increase stability in crow pose, gain confidence in the headstand, and develop the strength needed for more advanced inversion skills.
