Technique
- Start in a squat with your feet close together and your heels lifted.
- Place your hands flat on the ground shoulder-width apart, fingers spread.
- Lean your torso forward and place your knees high on the backs of your upper arms, above the elbows.
- Shift your weight into your hands while keeping your tiptoes on the ground for support.
- Hold the position, balancing between your hands and tiptoes.
Form tips
- Keep your elbows bent and stacked over the wrists.
- Engage your Core to lift your hips and control the forward lean.
