Technique

  1. Start in a squat with your feet close together and your heels lifted.
  2. Place your hands flat on the ground shoulder-width apart, fingers spread.
  3. Lean your torso forward and place your knees high on the backs of your upper arms, above the elbows.
  4. Shift your weight into your hands while keeping your tiptoes on the ground for support.
  5. Hold the position, balancing between your hands and tiptoes.

Form tips

  1. Keep your elbows bent and stacked over the wrists.
  2. Engage your Core to lift your hips and control the forward lean.
