Technique

  1. Start in a Rings support position with the rings on the inside of the arms.
  2. Slowly extend the arms straight out to the sides, controlling the vertical descent.

Form tips

  1. Keep your arms fully straight and your body tight in a vertical line.
  2. The rings on the inside shorten the lever making this exercise a easier variation of the iron cross
