The workout begins with dynamic movements and shoulder preparation to activate the body and prepare the joints for training. Upper-body work focuses on pushing strength and shoulder stability through pike push-ups and face pulls.

The lower body is trained with walking lunges to build leg strength. The session finishes with an L-sit hold to strengthen the core.
