Technique
- Hold a Staff or Strap in both hands, wider than shoulder-width apart, with your palms facing down and your arms extended.
- Bring the stick or strap behind your back, over your head.
- You can make a linear back-and-forth motion by moving your hands together or bringing them one hand at a time.
Form tips
- You can increase or decrease the intensity by moving your grip closer or wider.
- Keep the core engaged to not compensate with the lower back.
- Look straight in front of you to not compensate with the neck.
- Keep control of the movement the entire time
