Technique

  1. Hold a Staff or Strap in both hands, wider than shoulder-width apart, with your palms facing down and your arms extended.
  2. Bring the stick or strap behind your back, over your head.
  3. You can make a linear back-and-forth motion by moving your hands together or bringing them one hand at a time.

Form tips

  1. You can increase or decrease the intensity by moving your grip closer or wider.
  2. Keep the core engaged to not compensate with the lower back.
  3. Look straight in front of you to not compensate with the neck.
  4. Keep control of the movement the entire time
