Technique

  1. Get your back against a wall, and make sure your lower back is in contact with the wall (use a posterior Pelvic tilt ).
  2. Hold a staff or band with a shoulder-width grip and lift it all the way overhead, while keeping the arms straight, and try to press it back.
  3. Try with your palms facing down and with your plams facing up.
