Technique

  1. Lie face down on the ground, tighten your core to lift the belly off the ground and hold a staff or band overhead with a shoulder-width grip.
  2. Lift your arms off the ground and bounce up and down.
  3. Do not engaged your lower back: keep your Abs tight and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
