Technique

  1. From a standing position perform a small jump and land with feet larger than hip-width and arms extended laterally, parallel to the floor
  2. Jump again and return to the starting position with your legs closed and arms by your side

Form tips

  1. Maintain a rhythmic pace and stay light on the balls of your feet.
  2. Coordinate the arm movement ( Shoulder abduction ) with the leg jumps.
