Technique

  1. Place your feet on a box or elevated surface and your hands on the ground.
  2. Walk your hands toward the box until your torso is vertical and your hips are over your shoulders.
  3. Hold this inverted "L" position.

Form tips

  1. Aim to align your hips vertically over your shoulders.
  2. Keep your arms straight and actively push against the floor.
