Technique

  1. Stand one arm-length away from a wall, place your hands on the ground and place your feet on the wall.
  2. Walk your feet up the wall, until your body is forming a straight line at a slight angle.
  3. Hold that position for time and save enough strength to come out of the position safely.

Form tips

  1. Engage your Abs and use a posterior Pelvic tilt position to prevent your back from arching.
