Technique

  1. Start with your body in a pyramid shape (similar to a Downward dog ).
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
  3. Go as low as your strength allows.
  4. At the bottom position, your head is in front of your hands.
  5. Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
