Technique

  1. Start in a Deep squat position and place your palms on the ground, at a small distance in front of your feet.
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward to shift your weight towards your hands.
  3. Keep your legs tucked and lift your hips upward while balancing on your hands.
  4. Then extend your legs, extend your arms and open the shoulders.
  5. Straighten everything into a Handstand position.
