Technique
- Start in a Deep squat position and place your palms on the ground, at a small distance in front of your feet.
- Bend your arms and lean forward to shift your weight towards your hands.
- Keep your legs tucked and lift your hips upward while balancing on your hands.
- Then extend your legs, extend your arms and open the shoulders.
- Straighten everything into a Handstand position.
