90-degree pushup (Handstand to elbow lever to handstand)

Technique
- Start from a Handstand position.
- Bend your arms to lower down, as if you were going to do a Handstand pushup , except that you lean forward more.
- At the bottom, your body is parallel to the floor. That position is the same as the bottom position of a Planche Pushup.
- Reverse the motion to go back up to the starting position.
Form tips
- Keep your body straight.
