90-degree pushup (Handstand to elbow lever to handstand)

Technique

  1. Start from a Handstand position.
  2. Bend your arms to lower down, as if you were going to do a Handstand pushup , except that you lean forward more.
  3. At the bottom, your body is parallel to the floor. That position is the same as the bottom position of a Planche Pushup.
  4. Reverse the motion to go back up to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your body straight.
