Technique

  1. Place your palms on the ground, at a short distance in front of your feet.
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward to shift your weight towards your hands.
  3. Keep your legs straight and hinge at the hips to lift your legs up while balancing on your hands.
  4. While lifting the legs up, extend your arms and open the shoulders.
  5. Straighten everything into a Handstand position.
