Technique
- Place your palms on the ground, at a short distance in front of your feet.
- Bend your arms and lean forward to shift your weight towards your hands.
- Keep your legs straight and hinge at the hips to lift your legs up while balancing on your hands.
- While lifting the legs up, extend your arms and open the shoulders.
- Straighten everything into a Handstand position.
