Technique

  1. Start in a Support position with the legs tucked close to your chest.
  2. Push your hips back and up to a Tuck planche position.
  3. Keep pushing your hips up until they are stacked on top of your shoulders ( Tuck handstand ).
  4. Extend your legs into a Handstand position and hold it for a few seconds.
  5. Then reverse the motion.
