Tuck straight-arm press-to-handstand (Crane pose press)

Technique
- Start in a Support position with the legs tucked close to your chest.
- Push your hips back and up to a Tuck planche position.
- Keep pushing your hips up until they are stacked on top of your shoulders ( Tuck handstand ).
- Extend your legs into a Handstand position and hold it for a few seconds.
- Then reverse the motion.
