Technique

  1. Start in a Crow pose position.
  2. Lift your hips up, so that your knees come off your arms.
  3. Keep lifting up, extend your legs and extend your arms at the same time.
  4. End up in a Handstand position.
  5. Reverse the motion back to the starting position with control.
