Technique
- Start with your body in a pyramid shape (similar to a Downward dog ).
- Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
- Go low enough and forward enough so that your legs lift off the ground when you are in the bottom position (without jumping).
- Land your feet back to their position and push yourself back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders are above your wrists.
