Technique

  1. Start with your body in a pyramid shape (similar to a Downward dog ).
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
  3. Go low enough and forward enough so that your legs lift off the ground when you are in the bottom position (without jumping).
  4. Land your feet back to their position and push yourself back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders are above your wrists.
