Technique
- Get your feet up on a elevated surface and place your hands on the ground, as short distance from the elevated surface.
- Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
- Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
