Technique

  1. Start with your body in a pyramid shape (similar to a Downward dog ), with your hands on Parallettes .
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
  3. Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
