Technique
- Get your feet up on a elevated surface and your hands on Parallettes , with your hips bent in a Pike position .
- Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stays above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
- Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
