Technique

  1. Get your feet up on a elevated surface and your hands on Parallettes , with your hips bent in a Pike position .
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stays above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
  3. Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
