Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position and bring one foot forward to the take the place the hand on the same side.
  2. Bring your free elbow down to the ground to a place between your foot and your hand ( Lunge elbow tap ).
  3. Then extend that arm up and twist your body to open the chest ( Revolved side angle hand inside ).
  4. Alternate between these two position a few times, then switch to the other side.
