Horizontal Push Strength

Duration: 90 minutes

Goal: develop horizontal pushing strength and the ability to load the front of the shoulders.

Session description:

We work on specific planche strength: lean, pseudo-planche push-ups, presses and heavy dips.

Objectives:

• strengthen anterior deltoids

• stiffen the core in lean position

• learn to push with shoulders projected forward

Fundamental for:

• planche

• maltese progressions

• straight-arm support control
