Technique

  1. Lean forward, with the shoulders past the wrists, then perform a pushup.
  2. The more you lean forward, the harder the exercise becomes, and the closer it gets to the full Planche Pushup.
  3. Point the fingers slightly out to the sides to put less stress on your wrists. Point them all the way back to make the exercise harder.
  4. Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
