Technique
- Lean forward, with the shoulders past the wrists, then perform a pushup.
- The more you lean forward, the harder the exercise becomes, and the closer it gets to the full Planche Pushup.
- Point the fingers slightly out to the sides to put less stress on your wrists. Point them all the way back to make the exercise harder.
- Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
